I personally thought this movie was confusing thinking about it with the series in mind. I higly doubt anyone would read this commnet, just wanted to vent. Well, I got this movie from a torrent while looking for the series. Watched the series first, loved it. Wished it was longer and hoped the movie was a continuation. It’s not. Everyone’s right, different universe same characters. Interesting, although it would have been cool watching the movie before the series.

thers the english version on dub happy but it is not the same name as on this site in the list it comes righ after ep 50 i hope they start making more of the episodes

PErsonally, I loved the movie and for everyone whos being confused, just really pay attention its not set in the same world as the series it can be set 10k years back or in the other universe, because in the movie they say familiar places like south dakota and earth but some things are also from the series like warszawa and ofcourse theyd use the same characters because if they didnt people would be saying stuff like this isnt eureka this has nothing to do with eureka except for the giant ass mechs and the image/coralians so they had to use the same characters and all the people are under “fake names” because if you recall in the movie it says there names and futures were taken away from them and yeah this would be a cool start up for a new series. <— hah first period

To clear things up for most people who would not understand the movie, yes this is the alternate universe that humans and the corallians are sent to see if they can work things out at the end of the eureka 7 anime series. The animators decided to use the designs/names of existing characters to make the movie seem more familiar with fans rather then create a whole new cast of characters and voice actors, it was a unique idea but they did it well i thought. The characters in the movie are not the characters in the anime series. I hope this help’s everyone understand the movie a bit better. Oh yeah watch top to bottom.

For all those people that have watched the anime all the way to the end, don’t you remember how the Nirvash mentioned that they were going to another dimension? And have you guys noticed that the Blue planet with a green ring and a carved moon was from the anime?

Its not bad. For those of you who hated it because it didn’t follow the series at all…watch it with no correlation to the series, then reflect on it based on that.

If you want to look at it through correlation from the series then just think of it as a different dimension. (Can be instigated from them seeing the earth from the series).

Was good. I enjoyed both the series as well as the movie.
Though the series a lot more.
