I still cannot fathom the idea of Jiraiya being dead, despite it having happened right befoe my very eyes. This episode seems to really highlight Naruto Shippuuden in a sense that I finally feel this is going somewhere, aside from the other smaller anecdotes which have built up over time. Jiraiya really is a cool dude, his death makes me respect him even more.
