    They shouldn’t have prolonged the fight after the Captain said “All three of them are Fruit users!”. Took away something, imo.

    Well, I liked Kizaru’s entrance, such as it was. Can’t wait to see him in action. Next episode should be fun. I’m gonna need something to help me get through the torture that is Golden Week. T_T I know Oda deserves the break, but that still doesn’t heal the pain in my heart when I see no chapter next week. T_T

    This episode JUST came out. Literally. At most, it’s only been a few hours since it aired in Japan. Even Naruto and Bleach, the fastest subbed animes that I know, take at least half a day before they’re subbed. Now, Imho One Piece is more deserving of the speed and quality that those two get for subs, but asking for a subbed episode just after it’s aired in Japan? You may as well ask for the sky to rainbow colored.

    thank you for posting the episode asap eventhou without sub, ill just watch it again with sub so i could understand what they say. i still enjoyed it. I love One Piece. the concept is so awesome!! hohoho!!

    one piece is the best animation i have ever seen .
    since i watched one piece i stopped watching all animation . because i feel one piece has all what other animations have .

There had been anime’s that i like before but One Piece is different. its so amazing. the fantasy world is fantastic better than Dragon ball’s universe. I want to be a pirate someday. I love both Naruto and One Piece. Hope the thier adventures never ends.

    Dapat palitan na si Roach, halatang walang tiwala kay Gerry. Kita naman may laban pang natitira kay Gerry, tinigil na laban. Patunay lang na kay Pacquiao lang siya nakatuon at hindi sa mga totoong warriors tulad ni Gerry, PERA-PERA LANG.

    Translation: He should replace Roach, obviously he has no faith in Gerry. You can see he has a lot of fight left in him, but then he stopped the fight. It just proves that he only focuses on Pacquiao and not True warriors like Gerry. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY Pacquiao.

    very true.the fantasy in this anime is sth unbelievable. u can’t predict anything. the story can be changed in a sec,who have thought for example that luffy would fight with crocodile as team to rescue ace from marine hq?SPOLIER.LOL

    it’s really difficult due to the fact they have over 400 letters in their alphabet and they also include chiness into their language… is no walk in the park believe you me…but is great fun. ^_^

    Actually, learning the Kana isn’t that difficult. It’s the Kanji I have problems with (partially because I don’t really practice all that much ^^; ).

    And Golden Week is a series of holidays in Japan (which all happen to be during the same week), so most companies and workplaces give their workers the week off. That includes Mangakas (Manga artists).

    Subs were a bit off, but much better than they have been recently.

    An example of where it goes off would be when the Marines were discussing Kizaru’s troops. The Captain says “Are ka?” which they mistranslated as “Him?”. “Are” is just used to describe something/s that is far away from both conversationalists. “Aitsu” is the same thing, just for people. So it would have been better to translate it as “That” or “Those” as it turns out.

    That said, I enjoyed the episode, even if the timing and art were somewhat off. You can tell that the director isn’t one of the A-listers here. Hopefully we get someone good after 400.

    despite its flaws, i like op but where’s the so called complexity some op fans talk about?

    it’s an open-ended manga, expansive, but that doesn’t equal complex. it’s basically black and white with very few gray areas, if any. it’s just as repetitive as the other series it competes with and gets compared to.

    but i still like it
