I’m confused still kinda. How did Ang got his avatar state powers back? I thought because he left the training and got blasted before his chakuras are blocked and can never use the avatar state anymore. And whatever did happen to Zuko’s mom they completely just zoomed over that. They showed the old fire lord locked up so I’m presuming Azula is the same? But what a drastic change in personality in over a night; makes me wonder if that was kind of a force change on the writer’s part to accomidate with the movie schedule

I wouldn’t mind them doing a special episode like 45 minutes on zuko finidng his mom.. and like anng and comp. taking care of the fire nation while hes gone(obviously theres were the laughtere would come from.)..and ppl that was the series finale… there isnt going to be another season… there is no book 4 air.. 3 elements he hand’t mastered were water,earth, and fire, thus the 3 books and 3 seasons.. he already mastered air.;.. now either there might be specials or something and wait for the movie to come out in 2009… hope its good..

Just because it says “The End” at the end doesn’t mean that there won’t be another season or episode. That just means that a particular storyline has ended. The fourth season could be about the Air Nomads coming back, or the world uniting not as the Four Nations, but as one planet, or it could be about after the next Firebending Avatar has died, and the era that would follow that did not have an Avatar. Just because the Fire Lord was defeated, that doesn’t mean that the story is completely over. If they DIDN’T make a fourth season, it wouldn’t make much sense. The entire series was pretty much revolving around the number 4 and the number 1, so to really complete it, they would need a fourth season.

well really the reason why aang got to use the avatar state was because oh the sun on his back you may think that there was never a sun but it was invisible but when he got shot in the back by azula the sun became visible and when aang got hit by the point of the rock which hit the sun it gave him the power to go in the avatar state (the way i know this is becaues i read the book)….

i agree they still need to find prince’s mother, jet, azula… but besides that everything seems to end…the main point of the avatar was to stop the war which he did, stop the fire lord which he did so my guess is that its over if it isn’t well i know they will still amaze me because everything about avatar was well done… if they do come back with another series then it would have to be the air series since that’s all that’s left and my guess is that they would include the growing air population and how do they do that… well I’ll leave that up to them… lol… the avatar might use his new power to bless people with some air bending who knows…but i loved the ending though it really worked out the finally was perfect i couldn’t of thought of a better way to end it…

My guess is that part four will probably Book 4: Air.
In this, personally, I would have Aang reestablish an Air kingdom. He will set out and send messengers all over the world in search of any lost, or hidden air benders. This is, of course, after he hears of a lost air master, that Zuko’s Uncle (can’t think of name) tells him about. Aang will then search for him himself. He will find that there is a civilization that has hidden itself in the sky the day the air kingdom fell. They have prospered and such and Aang invites them to go back to their old home. They all are glad to see him but are hesitant to go back because they don’t know what happened and don’t want to lose their home again. Aang leaves and has a bunch of Earth benders rebuild a new home where the old Air kingdom is, well actually just builds on to it. Aang goes back to the sky kingdom and they decide to send representitives to see the new kingdom. They like it and they go back to tell the news. The sky kingdom then decides that they will move its entire civilization over the new Air kingdom. Some people from the sky kingdom move to the new Air and some stay in the sky. Then they verge the two together. After all this there is a short time lapse of five years and big news. Many different element tribes have converged. Some have fire-water, some earth-water, etc. Then there is a new foe. One who had a parent who was fire-water and another parent who was earth-air. The child didn’t grow up with parents and then it skips around a while until another eight years pass and he develops the use of all elements and becomes tired of living in abuse. He is the new enemy. He is an outcast and made fun of for being an avatar copy, and that no one needs him because they already have an avatar. And you can decide what happens next.

I get everyone’s question about Zuko’s mom, but it might be as simple as closure. Not that we actually see Zuko reunite with his mom, but we know that he does. i know of one way the air nomads might come back. It will take some time but still. First we have to wait for aang and katara to grow up and get married. then they have kids. hopefully one of them is able to become an airbender. if not then aangs grandchildren might be able to. you know passing down genes and sometimes it skips a generation. Like how not all water tribe people are waterbenders. That is the most realistic senario i can think of. the opposite is one where aang goes and gives airbending powers to people. if he can take powers away he can probably give them. oh.. #64 i too thought of the sky island idea. i also thought of a moving temple on the ocean that is able to submerge to avoid fire nation patrols. And then there is the idea that they just all scattered and their decendants dont know that their grandparents were air nomads.

I can see why some of you are saying that there WON”T be a 4th season and why some of you are saying that there WILL be a 4th season.
#55 Shadow, explained to us, with evidence, that there WILL NOT be a 4th season. This is clear evidence, but also this information was posted almost a year ago if one looks at the date of the provided piece.
But others provided information that there WILL be a 4th book with new characters. As vague as this information is, it is also a PLAUSIBLE theory.

The plan at the moment is for this to be the last season- the show followed Aang as he learned to master the four elements, and each book was named for the element he was learning. So obviously since he already knew airbending there won’t be a book about it, so there’s not going to be four seasons. Sorry!
I know, I REEEALLY want to find out what exactly happened with his mom- it’s an excellent cliffhanger though.

Sokka loses the sword… his best weapon… special episode should be zuko(solo) finding his mom.. sokka getting his sword back while facing some humorous obstacles along with toph and suki, anng and katara being interim replacements for the firelord while zuko is away.. a coup d’etat by the old fire lord’s followers..alright i opened the doors… time for the avatar writters to take over n make an special 45 minute episode for the winter 2009..

I’m confused still kinda. How did Ang got his avatar state powers back? I thought because he left the training and got blasted before his chakuras are blocked and can never use the avatar state anymore. Just because it says “The End” at the end doesn’t mean that there won’t be another season or episode. That just means that a particular storyline has ended. The fourth season could be about the Air Nomads coming back, or the world uniting not as the Four Nations, but as one planet, or it could be about after the next Firebending Avatar has died, and the era that would follow that did not have an Avatar. Just because the Fire Lord was defeated, that doesn’t mean that the story is completely over. If they DIDN’T make a fourth season, it wouldn’t make much sense. The entire series was pretty much revolving around the number 4 and the number 1, so to really complete it, they would need a fourth season.
well really the reason why aang got to use the avatar state was because oh the sun on his back you may think that there was never a sun but it was invisible but when he got shot in the back by azula the sun became visible and when aang got hit by the point of the rock which hit the sun it gave him the power to go in the avatar state (the way i know this is becaues i read the book)….

My guess is that part four will probably Book 4: Air.
In this, personally, I would have Aang reestablish an Air kingdom. He will set out and send messengers all over the world in search of any lost, or hidden air benders. This is, of course, after he hears of a lost air master, that Zuko’s Uncle (can’t think of name) tells him about. Aang will then search for him himself. He will find that there is a civilization that has hidden itself in the sky the day the air kingdom fell. They have prospered and such and Aang invites them to go back to their old home. They all are glad to see him but are hesitant to go back because they don’t know what happened and don’t want to lose their home again. Aang leaves and has a bunch of Earth benders rebuild a new home where the old Air kingdom is, well actually just builds on to it. Aang goes back to the sky kingdom and they decide to send representitives to see the new kingdom. They like it and they go back to tell the news. The sky kingdom then decides that they will move its entire civilization over the new Air kingdom. Some people from the sky kingdom move to the new Air and some stay in the sky. Then they verge the two together. After all this there is a short time lapse of five years and big news. Many different element tribes have converged. Some have fire-water, some earth-water, etc. Then there is a new foe. One who had a parent who was fire-water and another parent who was earth-air. The child didn’t grow up with parents and then it skips around a while until another eight years pass and he develops the use of all elements and becomes tired of living in abuse. He is the new enemy. He is an outcast and made fun of for being an avatar copy, and that no one needs him because they already have an avatar. And you can decide what happens next.

I get everyone’s question about Zuko’s mom, but it might be as simple as closure. Not that we actually see Zuko reunite with his mom, but we know that he does. Not that I wouldn’t want to see more, and I had heard that there is a new series on the way, but it’s just in the avatar universe and not with the original cast. Still hears hoppin.
what i would have liked to see happen with zukos mom is this. Back at the tea shop with his uncle it would have been nice to see a little glimps of his mom haveing a drink and smiling when zuko passes by. Something like that would have been nice.

i know of one way the air nomads might come back. It will take some time but still. First we have to wait for aang and katara to grow up and get married. then they have kids. hopefully one of them is able to become an airbender. if not then aangs grandchildren might be able to. you know passing down genes and sometimes it skips a generation. Like how not all water tribe people are waterbenders. That is the most realistic senario i can think of. the opposite is one where aang goes and gives airbending powers to people. if he can take powers away he can probably give them. oh.. #64 i too thought of the sky island idea. i also thought of a moving temple on the ocean that is able to submerge to avoid fire nation patrols. And then there is the idea that they just all scattered and their decendants dont know that their grandparents were air nomads.

The plan at the moment is for this to be the last season- the show followed Aang as he learned to master the four elements, and each book was named for the element he was learning. So obviously since he already knew airbending there won’t be a book about it, so there’s not going to be four seasons. Sorry!

Sokka loses the sword… his best weapon… special episode should be zuko(solo) finding his mom.. sokka getting his sword back while facing some humorous obstacles along with toph and suki, anng and katara being interim replacements for the firelord while zuko is away.. a coup d’etat by the old fire lord’s followers..alright i opened the doors… time for the avatar writters to take over n make an special 45 minute episode for the winter 2009..

This is the best and most exciting episode i have ever seen for avatar..this episode had me tense and sad at times, this episode deserves 2 thumbs up or shud i say everybody thumbs up that loved this episode ; ) …well i know everybody is wondering what happened to Zuko’s mom, well ur questions on that will be answered when the Avatar movie comes next year which will be the last and this time last installment to the Avatar saga.

I guess its up to our imagination than. u can prolly infer that zuko finds his mom. the only thinks that im confused is abt how there is going to be an airbending avatar later on.
