Mishicorp was subbing this show, but they have stopped due to a request by a company that is planning to license this anime.
The only way you can watch it subbed is to do it yourself or wait until another fansub picks it up if they will.
At crunchyroll.com they have it subbed up to episode 5, but thats it.
